Group Dynamix Donates Goods and Funds for the Troops

Thank you Group Dynamix for your donation of goods and postage funds for the care packages we pack and send to our troops. The items included snacks, toiletries and batteries along with some wonderful Thank You posters. We greatly appreciate the support of all the individuals, organizations and businesses who help us ship care packages to American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines serving overseas.

Thank You Note and Pictures

Another thank you note, with pictures, for the care packages we sent earlier this month. The boxes contained our usual items of food/snacks and toiletries plus Halloween decorations. In addition, they contained bags of tea from Bigelow and coffee from Luna Gourmet Coffee & Tea Company. We really appreciate the products donated by these companies and the soldiers do as well!

Care Package Thank You Note and Photos

Here is a note, along with some pictures, we received from a unit that received some of the care packages we packed and sent earlier this month. The theme for this packing party was Halloween. The boxes contained the usual snacks and toiletries plus Halloween decorations and party supplies.

Thanks for the care packages that were sent.  My team along with other soldiers here at Camp K, Poland will benefit from the love poured into the packages that you and your team have sent to us.  We also have additional soldiers located throughout three other countries here in Eastern Europe.  We will be distributing some care packages to them as well.  Again, thanks for the wonderful ministry that you guys provide.

Classic Chevrolet Charity Golf Tournament 2024

Classic Chevrolet held their 13th annual Charity Golf tournament benefiting the Tom and Susan Durant Foundation at the Bear Creek Country Club in Dallas on October 10, 2024. The Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas was selected as one of the recipients in their 2024 fundraising efforts and we were excited to assist at this event.  Over 250 players played one of two 18-hole courses. Gift bags, unbelievable auction and raffle prizes, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all part of the spectacular day. Many of the players stopped at our table at the 4th and 17th holes to learn more about our mission.

Many thanks to the hard-working folks at Classic Chevrolet for putting on a world class charity golf tournament.

Care Package Packing Party for the US Troops - October 5, 2024

The Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, along with some wonderful volunteers, packed over 360 care packages totaling more than $7,700 in shipping costs for our U.S. Military troops stationed in the Mideast, Africa and Eastern Europe at our packing party on October 5, 2024. The theme for these packages was Halloween, so the boxes contained Halloween decorations and party supplies along with the regular items of toiletries, food and snacks.

Preston Bluebonnet National Charity League (NCL) Donates Kits with Items for the Troops

The Preston Bluebonnet National Charity League (NCL) assembled and donated hundreds of "kits" with items for our troops. The items came in Ziplock bags, little tote bags, gift bags, and boxes. The kits contained Jifs To Go, baby wipes, socks, tuna packets, coffee and batteries - all items the troops will love to receive! Also, the girls made around 200 cards which we will add to the care packages to help brighten the soldiers day.

Thank You Notes for Care Packages

Here are three notes we received from soldiers that received the care packages we sent last month. As you can see, even a simple thing like a new toothbrush can make a big difference to them. We send a number of different toiletries, including toothbrushes, toothpaste and even dental floss. Some other items we send are eye drops, foot powder, lip balm, razors, lots of deodorant plus shampoo and body wash. And of course, lots of snacks!
