Altrusa Make a Difference Day Project

Some volunteers from Altrusa came to our warehouse on Saturday, October 25, 2025 to use our facility for a Make a Difference Day project to benefit an organization called SPAN - Senior Pet Assistance Network. SPAN provides food and medications for low income seniors who have pets. The Altrusa volunteers put together holiday baskets for the SPAN clients. The baskets included paper products, toiletries, coffee and candy

In addition, Altrusa donated funds to the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas to help with the shipping costs of the care packages we send to our troops serving overseas.

Flip Flop Donation from American Legion Post 424 Dallas

We want to send a huge thank you to Karla and Debbie with the American Legion Post 424 in Dallas for collection hundreds of flop flops for our troops. These shoes are needed throughout the year as troops use them as shower shoes. The items will be added to the care packages we send to our Military units stationed in the Mideast, Africa and Eastern Europe.

Black Rifle in Alliance, TX, Donates Coffee for our Troops

Classic Chevrolet Charity Golf Tournament 2025

Classic Chevrolet held their 14th annual Charity Golf tournament benefiting the Tom and Susan Durant Foundation at the Bear Creek Country Club in Dallas on October 9, 2025. The Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas was selected as one of the recipients in their 2025 fundraising efforts and we were excited to assist at this event.  Over 250 players played one of two 18-hole courses. Auction and raffle prizes, breakfast, lunch and dinner were all part of the spectacular day. Many of the players stopped at our table at the 4th and 10th holes to learn more about our mission.

Many thanks to the hard-working folks at Classic Chevrolet for putting on a world class charity golf tournament.

Santander Consumer USA Volunteer Day October 2025

Some great volunteers from Santander Consumer USA came to our warehouse on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 to help us prepare for our next care package packing party. They taped boxes and decorated the flaps on the boxes with "love notes" to the soldiers. Their service is greatly appreciated as it saves us time so we can focus on collecting, sorting and preparing the snacks and toiletries for our next packing party.
