How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2025?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Life School Lancaster Elementary Donates Pringles to the Troops 2025

For the fourth year, Life School Lancaster Elementary in Lancaster, TX, held a "Operation Pringles" drive for Veterans Day. The elementary students, K - 6, collected cans of Pringles for the troops. We include the cans of Pringles in the care packages we send to our troops serving overseas, so this will keep us supplied for a number of care packages. The soldiers will love opening the boxes to find the cans of chips inside.

Thank you to the staff, the students and their families for being so generous and supporting our Troops.

Christmas Care Packages for Our Troops 2025

Some of the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas gathered together and packed care packages for our U.S. Military troops stationed overseas on Saturday, November 1, 2025. These care packages will be shipped to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines in the Mideast, Africa and Eastern Europe. The care packages had a Christmas theme and contained 1600 mini Christmas stockings filled with candy, 2026 calendars, black knit hats & gloves, Santa Hats, hand warmers, board games, hot chocolate, coffee, beef sticks, Christmas decorations and homemade greeting cards.

Hopefully, these care packages will let our soldiers know they are not forgotten and that we appreciate their service.

Altrusa Make a Difference Day Project

Some volunteers from Altrusa came to our warehouse on Saturday, October 25, 2025 to use our facility for a Make a Difference Day project to benefit an organization called SPAN - Senior Pet Assistance Network. SPAN provides food and medications for low income seniors who have pets. The Altrusa volunteers put together holiday baskets for the SPAN clients. The baskets included paper products, toiletries, coffee and candy

Here are some pictures from the event:

In addition, Altrusa donated funds to the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas to help with the shipping costs of the care packages we send to our troops serving overseas.

Thank you Altrusa for your continued support of our Non-profit and others.
